In a hospital, safety comes first. Staff needed a way to charge their e-bikes safely during the workday – without putting users or patients at risk, even in a catastrophic failure.
In housing companies, the risk of charging e-bikes and e-scooters is usually left to the residents themselves. Our cabinet is typically placed in the bike storage, where the bikes are kept. Batteries charge safely behind lock and key.
Bike parks are great for regular bikes, but safe e-bike charging needed a better solution. Batteries stay safe from other users, locked with a four-digit code the user chooses.
At a logistics centre, scanners were mostly charged overnight without supervision. The scanners moved into our single-compartment cabinet, and a six-compartment cabinet was added for employees’ e-bikes. Supervision became automatic.
Spaces with many users, where a battery fire would put people in danger – for example office buildings, universities, park-and-ride facilities and government buildings.
